JMEd -- JamMan Tracks Manager
About
JMEd is a Mac
OS X program to manage tracks on a Digitech JamMan
looping pedal (a great product!).
Free-- download here.
Here's a copy of the JamMan manual
from Digitech.
Features

The JamMan has a USB port which shows the memory as an external
drive. In the finder it looks like this:
JMEd lets you set XML
information directly-- the
yellow-backed fields in the UI.

JMEd is a
finder
for
the loops. You can name, re-sort, and move them
around, and print a text file for reference.
You can also view the waveform and play the
loops.

The sequencer lets you
arrange a song by
lining
up components-- verse, chorus, etc-- and writing out a .wav file.
You can crop beats off a track to create vamps, intros, etc.
Loops can be subtracted, so a vocal track recorded over a
guitar track can be separated into a solo vocal track. This lets
you use the JamMan as simple 4-track recorder, creating tracks to mix
in e.g. GarageBand
or Audacity.
